Rebuilding Palmer Trade Supplies Around Window Cleaning Supplies
Palmer Trade Supplies is the ecommerce arm of the Palmer Group, supplying professional window cleaning equipment to trades across the UK, with online ordering and a Glasgow trade counter for collection. Originally launched by Devonto in 2018, the new website brings a fresh group design into the shop while improving how customers browse, compare and buy.
Improving the Buying Journey for Trade Customers
The new shop has been shaped around the needs of working window cleaners. Customers can explore water fed pole equipment, traditional window cleaning tools, hoses, brushes, filtration products, resin, fittings and working at height equipment without having to fight through unrelated categories. The result is a clearer, faster and more practical buying experience.
Content Rewritten for Search and Usability
A major part of this rebuild was improving the content across key categories, product areas and brand pages. The aim was to make the site more useful to customers and more effective in search, with clearer headings, stronger descriptions and better context around how products are used day to day by professional cleaners.
Built for Speed, Mobile Use and Sales
The rebuilt shop is powered by WordPress and WooCommerce, with performance, mobile use and technical SEO considered throughout. For trade customers ordering between jobs or checking stock before visiting the Glasgow trade counter, speed and clarity matter. Since launch, Palmer Trade Supplies has already seen an immediate increase in sales.
A Stronger Shop Within the Palmer Group
This project forms part of the wider Palmer Group refresh, giving Palmer Trade Supplies a modern identity that sits neatly alongside Palmer Access and Palmer & Co. It was rewarding to help a long-standing client improve a busy ecommerce site in a way that has already made a measurable difference.
