Working with Western Lettings since 2016, Devonto delivered the latest website rebuild alongside its specialist marketing agency and SEO consultant.
Our work covered the WordPress build, a modernised property feed from SME Professional and conditional forms for applications and customer onboarding. The project brought these functions together within the refreshed website, with continuing technical support from Devonto.

A key part of the rebuild was the modernisation of the bespoke integration with SME Professional, the letting system used by Western Lettings. The website now draws in live available properties through a structured feed, helping keep the site accurate, useful and closely aligned with the business’s day-to-day operations.

The new platform includes complex conditional forms for online applications, customer onboarding and newsletter subscriptions. These forms help gather the right information from the right users at the right time, reducing manual handling and making the process clearer for tenants, landlords and the Western Lettings team.
